Since our products are artisanally prepared foods, we cannot accept returns for hygiene and safety reasons. However, your satisfaction is our priority:

• Damaged or incorrect products: If you receive an order with physical damage or the product does not match what was requested, please contact us within the first 12 hours of receiving your purchase.

• Warranty process: To validate any incident, we will ask for a photograph as evidence. Once the claim is approved, we commit to an immediate replacement of the product or a corresponding refund within 48 hours.

2. Cancellation Policy

We know that plans can change, but since we bake on demand, we need advance notice to manage your ingredients.

• Deadline to cancel: You can cancel your order at no cost if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled delivery or pickup time.

• Processing: Once your cancellation request is received, we will process your refund within a maximum of 48 business hours, depending on the processing times of your bank or payment provider (such as Apple Pay or credit card).
